UNCO will process the order as soon as we receive a receipt of your transaction. The estimated delivery time depends on the country of destination. We will process your purchased items once we receive your order. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All shipping services used by UNCO provides a tracking number. UNCO shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its control.
We are working towards having your order processed within 5 working days. Keep in mind that during holidays, the delivery time may take longer.
RETURNS - GENERAL
We care for our customers and we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are happy with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods you have 14 days since your order receipt to ask for a full refund or an exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any taxes, duties, charges or the return and shipping fee. Refunds will also be set at the price you paid and not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund.
To return or exchange items, contact us at email@example.com with your order number specifying if it is a return or an exchange and we will instruct you with the return address accordingly.

For made to measure inquiries, keep in mind that we cannot give you a refund for this order, as it is a made to measure inquiry. Therefore, we have the right to do so.
