Please review the UNCO terms and conditions outlined below. Also note that your use of our site and purchases of our products constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.
By placing an order at www.byunco.com, you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, you should contact by e-mail to email@example.com, before placing your order. UNCO must receive the payment with the price stated for the ordered goods before any order can be accepted. Once the payment has been received by us, we will confirm this by sending an order confirmation via email that has been provided by you. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded in English.
DAMAGES OR DEFECTS
Customers bear the risks of damage and loss once products and orders have been dispatched by UNCO. As of the immediate moment of acceptance of shipment by a common carrier, UNCO absolves itself of all and any responsibility for loss or damage of your order thenceforth. Responsibility and title of the product is passed onto the customer with immediate effect.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
If the customer wants to return an order for exchange for a different size, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The customer can return or exchange the order within 14 calendar days after receiving the order. UNCO does not cover the shipment costs or customs charges for any returning orders. However, a made to measure item is not applicable for a return. The returned item(s) must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent and packaged in an orderly fashion. All the returns should be authorised before requesting a return and sent tracked.
We aim to deliver your ordered products by the estimated date set out in the dispatch confirmation email, or, if no date is given, at the latest within 30 days of the date of the dispatch confirmation email. In the event that your delivery is delayed for any reason within our control, we will do our best to keep you informed of the estimated delivery date. Please note that if the product(s) is/are not delivered within 30 days of the dispatch confirmation email, you are entitled to cancel the order and be refunded the amount paid for the order. Ownership and risk in the products you have ordered will pass to you from the time they are delivered to you. If we are unable to deliver the products within the agreed term, we will notify the customer accordingly.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All shipping services used by UNCO provides a tracking number. UNCO shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by any circumstances.
We are working towards having your order processed within 5 working days. Keep in mind that during holidays, the delivery time can take longer.
